Scone Baking Groups (min 25)

In the beautiful surroundings of the Chamber Room at the Guildhall, with the Queens personal chandeliers hanging

from the ceiling, we will teach you how to make the perfect scone.

Whilst they are baking we will have an indulgent cream tasting and learn the difference between Cream Tea, High Tea, and Afternoon Tea. The 1 hour session is rounded off with a Cream Tea including your freshly baked scones, strawberry jam, clotted cream and an individual pot of tea for one. 

This activity is perfect for tour groups, team building, hen do's or just a fun actuvitiy for the afternoon. This is £29.50pp.

Afternoon Tea at the Guildhall (Min 25)

In the sumptuous Chamber Room at the Guildhall we serve a full Afternoon Tea on beautiful tea stands accompanied by an individual pot of tea of your choice.  The Afternoon Tea consists of an assortment of sandwiches, a full seletion of home made ckes, and of course scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream. We talk through the history of the Guildhall and discuss the English obsession with tea. You will also learn the difference between and the history of the Afternoon Tea, Cream Tea and High Tea.

This 1 hour activity is perfect for tour groups, Team Building, Hen do's or just a fun activity for the afternon. This is £29.50pp or add bubbles for £34.50pp
