How we started

 

We’re a friendly, mother and daughter run company grown out of our obsession with the recipes that taste like real cakes.

 

Limes Dine in Bakery opened in August 2012. Set in a Cobbled Street with the Castle wall within sight.

 

Our mission is to create delicious homemade cakes using the best ingredients around. We say NO to GM foods, YES to free range eggs and give the thumbs up to avoiding artificial flavourings and preservatives. It is an ethos we’ve stuck to because we believe in it, and we believe our customers are right behind us, We try to deliver Cakes, Breakfast's and Lunches that taste how they’re meant to be……!

 

Limes Dine in Bakery makes an ideal rendezvous for morning coffee, lunch or afternoon tea or just pop in for a quick cuppa after a tour around the Castle.
